Returns/Refunds Policy
Gallery: Original works of art are all final sale.
Retail: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you purchased it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Workshop: Full refund prior to 30 days before event; 50% refund within 14 days of event; no refund closer than 14 days.
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Original art work/pieces
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
