Refund and Return Policy

At NoCo ARTS, we want every purchase to feel thoughtful, fair, and handled with care. Because our shop includes original artwork, artisan made items, workshops, events, and memberships, some items may have different return or refund rules. Please review the details below before making a purchase.

Returns

We have a 30 day return policy for eligible physical items. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with any original tags or packaging when applicable. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was received.

Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Non Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

Original artwork
Commissioned or custom artwork
Special order items
Workshop registrations
Event tickets
Membership subscriptions
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items
Digital products or downloads
Items damaged after delivery due to handling, storage, or use

Because many items sold through NoCo ARTS are original, handmade, or created by individual artists, return eligibility may vary by item. Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about a specific piece.

Workshops and Events

Workshop registrations and event tickets are generally not refundable unless NoCo ARTS cancels the workshop or event.

If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. When possible, we may offer a transfer to another available workshop, event, or attendee, but transfers are not guaranteed and may depend on timing, instructor, materials, and availability.

If NoCo ARTS cancels a workshop or event, you will be offered a refund or the option to transfer your registration to another available date when possible.

Membership Subscriptions

NoCo ARTS memberships are subscription based and may be billed monthly or annually, depending on the membership option selected at checkout.

Membership payments are not refundable once charged. This includes monthly membership payments and annual membership payments.

You may cancel your membership before your next billing date to avoid future charges. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund payments that have already been processed.

Membership benefits remain active through the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an eligible item is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.

Because many NoCo ARTS items are one of a kind or limited in quantity, exchanges may not always be available.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging when applicable. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

This does not apply to items that are excluded by law, including custom items, commissioned work, event tickets, workshop registrations, digital products, and other non returnable items listed in this policy.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will let you know whether the refund was approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
