Shipping Policy
At NoCo ARTS, we take care in preparing and shipping each order. Many of our items are original, handmade, limited quantity, or created by local artists, so shipping times and packaging needs may vary by item.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days after purchase.
Processing times may be longer for original artwork, fragile items, large items, custom items, or products that require special packaging.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or major holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order. If shipping is available for your item, you will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order, shipping destination, package size, and available carrier rates.
Delivery times vary based on the shipping carrier and destination. Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of NoCo ARTS’ control.
NoCo ARTS is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect shipping addresses, or delivery issues once the package is in transit.

If local pickup is selected at checkout, you will receive a notification when your order is ready.
Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.
Pickup times may depend on NoCo ARTS business hours, event schedules, and staff availability.
Original Art and Fragile Items
Original artwork, framed pieces, ceramics, glass, and other fragile items may require additional handling time and special packaging.
Some items may be available for local pickup only due to size, weight, value, or fragility. If an item is not eligible for shipping, that will be noted when possible.
For large or delicate artwork, NoCo ARTS may contact you after purchase to confirm the safest shipping or pickup option.
Workshops, Events, and Memberships
Workshop registrations, event tickets, memberships, and digital purchases do not require shipping.
Confirmation for these purchases will be sent by email.
Membership details, workshop information, and event instructions may be provided through email, the website, or direct communication from NoCo ARTS.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
NoCo ARTS is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us right away at info@nocoartsnc.com. We will do our best to update the order before it ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, NoCo ARTS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.

Damaged Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us right away at info@nocoartsnc.com. Please include your order number, photos of the damaged item, photos of the packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
Damage claims must be reported as soon as possible so we can review the issue and work toward a solution.
