Cancellation Policy

At NoCo ARTS, some purchases may include membership subscriptions, product subscriptions, workshop registrations, event tickets, pre order items, or other purchase options. This Cancellation Policy explains how these purchases may be changed or canceled.

Membership Subscriptions

NoCo ARTS primarily offers subscriptions in the form of memberships. Memberships may be billed monthly or annually, depending on the option selected at checkout.

When you purchase a membership subscription, you authorize NoCo ARTS or its payment provider to charge your payment method based on the billing frequency selected at checkout.

Membership payments are not refundable once charged. This includes monthly membership payments and annual membership payments.

You may cancel your membership before your next billing date to stop future charges. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund payments that have already been processed.

Membership benefits remain active through the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

You may manage or cancel your membership through the account or subscription link provided in your order confirmation email, when available. You may also contact us for help at info@nocoartsnc.com or (704) 325 0130.

Product Subscriptions

NoCo ARTS may also offer product subscriptions for select items in the future. Product subscriptions may include recurring purchases, repeat orders, or other subscription based product options shown on the product page or at checkout.

When you purchase a product subscription, you authorize NoCo ARTS or its payment provider to charge your payment method based on the subscription frequency and terms selected at checkout.

You may cancel or change a product subscription before the next billing date to stop future charges, when that option is available through your account or subscription management link.

Orders that have already been charged, prepared, fulfilled, shipped, or made available for pickup may not be eligible for cancellation. These orders are handled according to our Refund and Return Policy.

Workshops and Events

Workshop registrations and event tickets are generally not refundable unless NoCo ARTS cancels the workshop or event.

If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. When possible, we may offer a transfer to another available workshop, event, or attendee, but transfers are not guaranteed and may depend on timing, instructor, materials, and availability.

If NoCo ARTS cancels a workshop or event, you will be offered a refund or the option to transfer your registration to another available date when possible.

Pre Orders

Some items may be offered as a pre order when they are not yet available, are being prepared, or are expected to become available at a later date.

When you purchase a pre order item, payment may be collected at checkout unless otherwise stated on the product page.

You may request to cancel a pre order before it has been fulfilled, prepared for pickup, or shipped. Once a pre order has been fulfilled, prepared, or shipped, it is handled according to our Refund and Return Policy.

To request a pre order cancellation, contact us at info@nocoartsnc.com as soon as possible.

Try Before You Buy

NoCo ARTS does not currently offer try before you buy purchases unless that option is clearly shown on a product page or at checkout.

If try before you buy is offered in the future, the terms, trial period, payment timing, and return requirements will be provided at the time of purchase.

Billing Issues

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged twice, or there is an issue with your membership, product subscription, registration, or order, please contact us at info@nocoartsnc.com or (704) 325 0130.

Please include your name, order number when available, and a brief description of the issue so we can review it.
