The Art of Metal Embossing

Ready to discover a surprisingly easy and fun craft? Join artist Andy Chrem to learn the magic of metal embossing and create stunning raised designs from scratch!

In this beginner-friendly 2-hour class, you will learn the foundational techniques to transform a flat sheet of "heavy metal foil" into a textured work of art. Using nothing but basic household items and your own creativity, you’ll master how to shape and define your designs. By the end of this workshop, you will leave with at least two works of art to take home, including one piece fully framed and ready to hang on the wall!

What You’ll Learn:
• Transferring & Designing: How to plan and transfer your ideas onto the metal foil to
create your composition.
• Embossing Techniques: How to use basic household tools to push, shape, and raise the
metal, adding incredible dimension.
• Adding Texture & Detail: How to work both the front and back of the metal to build
depth, contrast, and fine patterns.
• Finishing & Framing: How to polish and seal your piece, and how to properly mount
and frame your finished artwork for display.

All materials and tools are provided. Just bring your creativity and get ready to make some metal magic!
